The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to pupils with additional needs, working closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to create a nurturing learning environment.
Supporting individual pupils as a Learning Support Assistant on a 1:1 basis to help them access the curriculum
Adjusting classroom activities and materials to suit different learning styles
Collaborating with staff to develop and deliver effective support plans
Encouraging emotional development, independence, and positive behaviour
About You:
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with patience, dedication, and a real passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
Prior experience working with children with SEND is preferred
Ability to adapt and think creatively when supporting learning
Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, encouraging approach
