This fast-growing, customer-first brand is scaling its CRM function and looking for a Braze expert to drive lifecycle marketing. If you’re passionate about building personalised, data-led customer journeys across email, push, and in-app – this is your chance to make a big impact in a high-growth environment.
THE ROLE
You’ll take full ownership of lifecycle journey automation in Braze, working across teams to deliver timely, relevant messaging at scale. From setting up complex campaign logic to driving API-based triggers and measuring performance, this is a hands-on role with big strategic influence.
Responsibilities:
* Build and optimise automated campaigns in Braze using Liquid, custom events, and multi-channel triggers.
* Own integrations between Braze, product, and data systems – ensuring reliable data flows and event tracking.
* Develop frameworks for scalable personalisation and modular content templates.
* Lead A/B test design and campaign performance reporting using CRM KPIs.
* Collaborate with Tech/Product on transactional messaging and data syncs.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong hands-on experience in Braze, including Liquid, Connected Content, and advanced segmentation.
* Technically confident – experienced with APIs, data feeds, and campaign logic.
* Analytical mindset with A/B testing experience and comfort owning CRM metrics.
* Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
