An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the West Kent Directorate Team, within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. We are looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Business Administrator to provide outstanding support to the Senior Management Team and wider Directorate.
The role is busy and varied, working closely with the Directorate Management Team. The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Administrator, excellent organisational skills, good time management, high competency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels and work as part of a team.
You need to be a confident, innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic Business Administrator, capable of working to a high standard of accuracy, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Main duties of the job
KEY RESULT AREAS:
* Provide high-level business support to the Senior Management Team.
* Work with operational managers to ensure standardisation of administrative practices across services within the Directorate.
* Collaborate with operational managers to adapt systems and processes according to new pathways and models of care.
* Ensure continuous improvement of practices based on service demand and needs.
