Temporary Administrator - Service Department
ASAP - 6 months
Monday - Friday
9am-2pm (Flexible Hours 20-25 hours a week)
£13-£15 per hour (Depending on experience)
Engineering/Manufacturing experience preferable

Our client, a leading player in the engineering and manufacturing sector, is searching for a Temporary Administrator to join their service department. What You'll Do:
As a Temporary Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the operation, contributing to a variety of crucial tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
General Administration:
1. Organising and maintaining registers of essential legal documents, such as RAMS, Written Schemes of Examination and pressure vessels.
2. Collaborating with the Service Manager to select the appropriate RAMS for each site visit and ensuring timely completion of WSE inspections.
3. Keeping a detailed log of workshop jobs and expediting their progress to keep operations running smoothly.
4. Scheduling engineers for work
5. Load engineers jobs into SAP
6. Requesting spare parts
Planning Assistance:
7. Ensuring all scheduled jobs have the necessary RAMS and WSE available, guaranteeing a seamless workflow.
SAP Management:
8. Attaching all relevant documents to the respective job files in SAP, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Jobwatch Coordination:
9. Attaching RAMS and WSEs to scheduled jobs in Jobwatch.
10. Reviewing completed jobs in Jobwatch to follow up on any further actions identified by engineers.
Switchboard Duties:
11. Answering customer calls, logging their requirements and ensuring timely responses to maintain excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
12. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
13. Experience in an engineering or manufacturing background (a strong advantage).
14. Knowledge of SAP or SAP by Design (training will be provided for the right candidate).
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
16. The ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment.
