Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Ipswich outskirts
Salary: £40k-£45k + car & bonus
Our client is a nationally recognised name in residential development and they are looking to expand their engineering capability within their office based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
They are looking for an engineer who, preferably, has experience working for a house builder with the capability to provide engineering support and technical guidance to regional and site offices. Alternatively, you could have consultancy experience and be looking to join a house builder utilising your design experience in a different way, offering value engineering and managing consultants' work.
Required:
* Experience in residential engineering
* In-depth knowledge of sectional agreements, including 38 and 278, and working on the associated legal agreements, pushing them through
* Experience attending site, providing support and on-site solutions
* Project Management
* A skilled communicator who is able to work at all levels, with good negotiation skills and commercial awareness
* In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
* Minimum HNC with an engineering degree
