The role of Maintenance Assistant:
1. Working as part of the wider Facilities Management team to ensure the provision of safe accommodation for the occupiers in accordance with the Client’s requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
2. Ensuring the Planned, Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and the Life Cycle Replacement schedule are comleted on time and in line with performance requirements
3. Participation in a 24-hours / 365 day a year Standby and Call-out Rota. Responding to calls and carry out necessary repairs/rectification in accordance with the defined reactive response requirements. This is an important aspect of the job, and it is vital that you are willing to assist out of hours where necessary
