The role of a Cover Supervisor will include:
1. Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
2. Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
3. Supervising groups of pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
4. Supporting the continuation of learning in line with school policies
Requirements include:
5. Previous experience in education or working with young people (desirable)
6. Strong communication and organisation skills
7. Confidence in managing classes and support young people (aged 11-18)
8. A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the school day
9. Reliably commutable to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
10. Professionals from transferable backgrounds (. - Police, Care) are encouraged to apply
