Your Role As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of support we deliver. You will: Lead, motivate and support a team of Support Workers Help people live fulfilling, independent lives Support recruitment, training and supervision Communicate confidently with families, colleagues and professionals Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills Who We’re Looking For You might already be a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.Or you might be an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step.
