About the role
* You support the Head Chef across all areas of the kitchen
* You help deliver seasonal menus and daily specials
* You lead sections during busy services
* You train and support junior chefs
* You assist with stock, ordering and GP control

Your background
* Experience as a Senior Sous or Sous
