A specialist Machinery company in East Midlands are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their multi-skilled Engineering team. This company design and manufacture complex Special Purpose Machinery & Automated Systems and are open to seeing Engineers from mid-level through to Senior Engineers.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, youll report directly to the Engineering Directorand design and develop state-of-the-art machines used in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Subsea industries. This will include overseeing projects from initial sales, detailed design, calculations, DFMEAs, through manufacture and commissioning.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
* HNC/D or BEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar
* 3D CAD SolidWorks (desirable)
* Experience in Rotating & Special Purpose Machinery
* Complex Component Design GD&T
* FEA Analysis (desirable)
* Technical Drawings, Detailing, BOMs, Documentation.
