* A teacher with a good understanding of A Level Sociology.
* A motivated and committed classroom practitioner with a successful performance record at Key Stage 5.
* Passionate about education and an advocate for making a difference to disadvantaged students.
* Able to demonstrate a proven track record for raising standards and achievement.
