ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a global leader in aerospace innovation.
The Role:
1. Providing Commercial support to complex bids which require innovation and creativity
2. Ongoing management of contracts ranging in values and up to hundreds of millions
3. Providing Commercial support to manage change on existing contracts
4. Reviewing and Leading the negotiation of a variety of contractual agreements
5. Working closely with and managing key stakeholders to deliver profitable solutions ensuring that Commercial risks are highlighted, mitigated and governance is followed
6. Managing in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements, to ensure efficient and accurate performance
Requirements:
7. Experience in a customer facing role
8. Experience in a competitive bid situation
9. Proven negotiation and contract management skills
10. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact and influence across a range of stakeholders
11. Knowledge of the defence industry
