Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
Maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
Training, motivating and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence
Ensuring smooth service during busy periods while maintaining consistency and quality
