We are looking for a highly motivated Lecturer to join our dedicated team. The post will be primarily based at our Blossomfield campus; however, candidates must be willing and able to work across all our sites as required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering teaching mainly across Level 1 to Level 3 study programmes. This includes teaching both 16–18-year-old students and adults enrolled on our Access to Health course. The core subject area for delivery will be Anatomy and Physiology.
To be considered for this role, you should hold a relevant Degree / vocational qualification in Health and Social Care e.g. RGN or DipSW or relevant Social Science Degree or Midwifery Degree. Ideally, you will have teaching experience and hold a Level 5 teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
Previous teaching experience in FE together with experience in delivering Anatomy and Physiology are essential. Previous experience in tutoring and course coordination would be an advantage.
Applicants should have excellent administrative skills, a flexible approach to support student’s learning and be occupationally competent.
