Location:Suffolk
Salary:£50,000 per annum
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:
We are working with a leading service provider seeking an experienced and highly skilled Working Supervisor with an electrical bias to work across a commercial contract based around Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and a strong understanding of maintenance and compliance processes within a facilities management context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee a dedicated team of 3 engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage and delegate reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Work closely with the team to understand and implement company procedures and processes effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or Lead role.
* Strong client-facing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements.
* Must hold 17th or 18th Edition Electrical and Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications.
* A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
* Commercial building services experience is essential.
