Your new role
This role sits within a client-focused environment, covering a wide range of sectors. You’ll contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members, while championing secretarial practices amongst clients. A key part of your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing meeting minutes with precision and professionalism.
You’ll also be involved in monitoringernance processes and ensuringpliance with UK regulatory frameworks. Advising both clients and internal stakeholders on regulatory implications and required actions will be a regular part of your role. Additionally, you’ll support and manage corporate transactions, including re-structurings, acquisitions, and capital reductions.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate confidence in managing junior colleagues, proficiency in using Diligent Entities, and a strong ability to maintain statutory records withpanies House. You will have excellentmunication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. You should be part-qualified or fully qualified with the Charteredernance Institute (CGI), and possess a minimum of four years’ experience in apany secretarial role.
