The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Borehamwood areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care in the UK.
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work daily, we will try to work with your availability - retired, bored, looking for new friends or keen to give something back then give us a call.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description

We are keen to recruit people with life experience and common sense who want to once again be challenged and who are looking for a lot of job satisfaction and something worthwhile to do with their available time.
We are seeking Support Workers and Care Assistants t o help our client get washed, dressed and ready for their day or to get them ready for bed in the evening. You may be required to prepare a meal, supervise medication, little light housework or shopping, whilst offering a lifeline and companionship to all your elderly clients.
Benefits we offer include:
* Hourly rates of £12.00 + per hour for Care Assistants and Support Workers.
* Bank holiday pay is £24.00 per hour.
* £0.30pence per mile travel expenses - £0.45pence per mile if transporting clients.
* From May payment at £12.00 per hour paid for travel time (some restrictions apply).
* Full award winning training, fully funded and time spent training paid at £12.00 per hour.
* Minimum 1 hour visits - no short visits or rushing between clients.
* Paid Pension and Holiday pay.

Qualifications
You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car - ESSENTIAL.
You must live in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar or Borehamwood - ESSENTIAL.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently NOT licenced to sponsor.
You must have good life experience with a willingness to undertake a challenge.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
