We are a successful, growing company and we are now looking for a bright, forward-thinking HR Admin to join our HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive person who takes real pride in what they are doing and who will strive for excellence in this role.
Responsible for:
Provide support on employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, compliance and administration. Supporting the organisation to enact culture change and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all employee and company confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information in a high level of professionalism and integrity.
* Answer telephone calls and email requests offering information, verifying present/past employment and handling any personal calls for employees.
* Assisting with Recruitment admin including preparing uniforms, making badges, inputting new starters into our database and POS system. Assist New Starters with checking and understanding HMRC checklist and basis legal requirements. Checking/Amending clock ins for new Inductees.
* Preparing HR/Payroll letters, contracts and forms including Change Forms, Promotion letters, Change of job role and location letters, Change of work.ng patterns letters, Change of rate of pay letters, Probation letters and Termination letters. Follow up on signatures.
* Processing reference requests.
* Maintaining excellent record keeping, ensuring employee data in files is up to date and completed in full including matrices and databases and all employee documents are appropriately signed before filing.
* Distribute any literature, letters, updates, forms, prizes, cards, mails to employees when necessary.
* Filing, photocopying, scanning relevant documents and ensuring the RTW documents are checked.
* Administering BiZimply software and liaising with managers about any issues. Keep a record of any challenges and report to BiZimply. Checking clock ins, errors and warnings for all the location to have an up to date record of absences and lateness. Create a weekly late and absence report.
* Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
* Maintain HRIS databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Mitigate HR-related risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.

About you
You are highly organised and have the ability to work in a busy environment with the capability of keeping track of multiple priorities with different timelines. You have good verbal and written communication with and excellent eye for detail and understand the importance of accuracy. A good understand of MS Office programs e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential and ideally you have administrative experience gained in a similar environment. To succeed in this role, an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality is essential as well as being professional and taking a positive approach to work. Previous experience as a HR Generalist is essential.
Ideal candidates will Ideally be CIPD Level 3 minimum qualified or equivalent, have strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and a professional attitude are essential.
