GSL Education are currently recruiting for a Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Fareham, Hampshire from September 2025. This position is open to Qualified Teachers (QTS), Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and candidates with recognised overseas teaching qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).
* Plan, prepare, and assess in line with national curriculum standards.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and participation.
* Use effective behaviour management strategies to support learning.
* Work collaboratively with department colleagues and wider school staff.
* Contribute to extra-curricular opportunities and school development initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS, ECT status, or a recognised overseas teaching qualification.
* A specialism in Mathematics with strong subject knowledge.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality Maths education to a diverse student body.
* A commitment to the personal and academic growth of all students.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
