A US super-prime contractor, renowned for delivering world-class residences in New York, London, and the Caribbean, has opened its new London HQ in W1. Their first flagship UK scheme is ready to break ground: a £12m private residence in Mayfair with a large basement, complex structural works, and an extraordinary bespoke fit-out .
And theyre looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial delivery.
The Role This isnt about pushing paper or managing volume builds.
This is about controlling one of Londons most exclusive residential projects, where every detail matters .
Youll work closely with the Project Director and Client team, taking responsibility for the full commercial life of the scheme:
Cost planning and control on a complex super-prime contract
Procurement and tendering of specialist trades
Managing valuations, variations, and change
Reporting with precision and clarity to a demanding UHNW client
This role offers independence, trust, and the chance to set the benchmark for how this contractor will deliver projects in London.
About You Youll thrive here if you are:
An experienced Senior QS with a strong background in super-prime or high-end residential
Comfortable managing basement, structural, and fit-out packages on £10m+ schemes
Commercially sharp, but equally confident facing clients and consultants
Ambitious, detail-driven, and ready to help shape a new UK business
