Responsibilities
* Support the Line Manager in recruiting, leading and developing the team.
* Carry out requested/needed training and ensure designated areas are maintained to an agreed level of cleanliness.
* Carry out daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Site Manager.
* Conduct site walks and weekly audits; be aware of annual budget and agreed targets.
* Ensure inductions are carried out and development plans are in place; monitor disciplinary and grievance practices.
* Maintain full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals; attend all necessary training to use them.
* Promote good safety habits and methods of work while managing and developing effective relationships with key customers.

Qualifications
* Hardworking, reliable and motivated with a flexible approach; works well in a team.
* Communicative English is essential; a language assessment may be required.
* Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Required to complete the Basic Disclosure (DBS) check and undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
