Vacancy – Fabricator
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Fabricator to join their successful engineering team. Successful candidate will be able to fabricate structures to high tolerances.
Main Duties:
•Creating bespoke metal fabrication working with stainless steel pipework, metal fencing, supports and bracketry, storage tanks and railings
•Working from engineering drawings
•MIG/TIG welding where appropriate
•Quality inspecting own work
•To maintain shop, equipment, tools etc working closely with Welders
•Adhere to health and safety procedures
•Meet agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
•Ensure compliance with HSEQ, SSiP and EN /ISO requirements.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Person Specification:
•Fabricating and welding experience with MIG and TIG desirable.
•Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and brass advantageous
•Experienced in a production environment.
•Able to interpret engineering drawings and written/verbal instructions;
•Eligible to work in UK
