Key responsibilities for the Telemarketing Executive role:
* Making outbound calls to business prospects to introduce Wills & Co's commercial insurance services.
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
* Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
* Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.
Skills and experience
* Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
