HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver - Keighley, West Yorkshire
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
Job Details:
* Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour (PAYE)
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Start Times: Between 05:00 - 07:00
* Work Type: Tramping role (overnight stays required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle for scheduled deliveries and collections
* Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Adhere to all road safety and driver hours regulations
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Previous tramping experience preferred
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK

Job Details:

* Night Out Allowance: £25.00 per night
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Start Times: Between 05:00 - 07:00
* Work Type: Tramping (overnight stays required)
Role Overview:
* Carrying out nationwide deliveries and collections for a general haulier
* Ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently
* Completing vehicle checks and reporting any issues
* Maintaining compliance with driver hours and road safety regulations
* Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
* Previous tramping experience is advantageous
* Good knowledge of UK road networks
