We're seeking an experienced Climate and National Park Strategy Manager to lead our strategic planning and performance function, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working. This is initially a 3‑year, fixed‑term contract covering a secondment.
You will lead the development, delivery and monitoring of the National Park Management Plan and Authority Plan, and play a central role in coordinating the Authority's response to climate change.
Key Experience and Skills
* Strategy, planning or performance roles
* Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities
* Experience working with data, policy and collaborative delivery
* Proven ability to develop and deliver evidence‑based strategies
* Experience in climate change adaptation planning
* Strong project management skills
