The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to support across key classes.
The role is full time on going and has the chance to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD. Training will be provided
2. Work collaboratively with teachers and outside agents to implement individual learning plans
3. Promote a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
Essential Requirements
4. Experience working with children is essential
5. Previous experience supporting in a school setting or similar
6. Understanding of ASD
7. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support
