Key Responsibilities: Support individual pupils or small groups with learning activities, under the supervision of the class teacher. Adapt and differentiate classroom materials to meet the needs of pupils with SEN. Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans, and other specialised learning strategies. Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting any concerns or achievements to teaching staff and SENCO. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and inclusion within the classroom and during school activities. Assist pupils with personal care and mobility, where required, with dignity and respect.
