A global consumer experiences company is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of its core Commerce and Ticketing platforms—a mission-critical capability at the heart of revenue growth and guest experience. This role supports high-volume digital transactions across a diverse portfolio.
You will define and deliver the future state of a complex commerce ecosystem spanning ticketing, lodging, bundles, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and personalized offers. Working across multiple lines of business, you will design seamless, high-conversion digital journeys and help build the foundational platforms that power next-generation guest experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for an enterprise-wide ticketing and e-commerce platform, aligned with business growth and customer experience objectives.
2. Define and deliver a unified checkout and purchase experience across tickets, lodging, parking, add-ons, and upsells to increase conversion and average order value.
