Base pay range

Dudley, West Midlands (Fully Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join a thriving business in Dudley on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a ledger, can hit the ground running, and is looking for long-term stability in a supportive finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing your own ledger and chasing overdue payments (B2B)
* Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries quickly
* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
* Working closely with internal teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt

What We’re Looking For:

* Solid experience in credit control (minimum 2–3 years)
* Confident communicator, both on the phone and over email
* Proactive, organised, and ready to make an immediate impact
* Available immediately and happy to work onsite in Dudley 5 days per week
* Friendly, down-to-earth team
* Great chance to go permanent after successful temp period
