Position: Theatre Healthcare Assistant at Yorkshire Clinic
Our Theatre Department at The Yorkshire Clinic is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes within a supportive environment where your skills and expertise are valued. A passion for providing excellent service and a desire to develop your skills are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and practical in challenging situations are key qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, therapy, social, emotional, and recreational needs.
* Assist the clinical team to ensure high standards of patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 is advantageous.
* Warm, considerate, and empathetic personality.
* Ability to make decisions and use initiative.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Flexible and positive attitude.
* Computer literate.
