Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal Larbey Evans is partnering with an award-winning US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to assist their Litigation & Arbitration team in London on a permanent basis. This opportunity will provide hands on experience within a high-calibre legal environment, primarily in the form of document preparation, coordination, production, distribution, and legal research. Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and court filing of pleadings and other court papers Conduct business and legal research using various research tools e.g. the internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis etc. Assist with the preparation of interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials Prepare bundles, proofread briefs, memoranda of law, opinions and other documents, draft correspondence, and other documents such as witness statements, affidavits etc. Organise and manage electronic and paper files, ensuring all files are maintained in accordance with the team’s approved protocols and case management systems Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal Skills & Requirements: 1-3 years’ experience within a law firm in a similar paralegal position Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law or similar Ability to navigate electronic databases Possesses a strong proficiency in using various research tools (Westlaw, Lexis Library, and other court related websites)
