The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
You will:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Develop and implement EHCP targets
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEND
Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A patient, flexible, and positive approach
