The Opportunity
Join one of the largest teams of chartered surveyors in the property sector, with regional offices across the UK. My clients team offers extensive experience, expertise, and local knowledge to support every stage of property investment, ownership, and occupation—from acquisition through to disposal.
Due to ongoing growth, their Geospatial department is seeking a motivated Geospatial Surveyor with industry knowledge and determination to join their multi-disciplinary consultancy office in Leeds. This role requires flexibility to support teams across the UK as needed and a commitment to delivering high-quality data that meets client requirements.
You will gain valuable on-the-job learning experiences while working on prestigious projects ranging from large residential, industrial, and commercial schemes with contract values exceeding £30 million to smaller-scale developments. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of clients including retail companies, local authorities, educational institutions, contractors, and developers, with opportunities to contribute to exciting overseas projects as well.

Role and Responsibilities
* Conduct small to large-scale topographical surveys using advanced robotic total station and GNSS technology
* Process and analyse topographical survey data to produce 2D/3D surveys using N4cE software
* Perform measured building surveys utilizing specialist laser scanning equipment
* Register and process laser scan data into usable point cloud formats using Leica Cyclone and Register360
* Prepare detailed 2D and 3D survey drawings with AutoCAD
* Present data findings to clients and prepare comprehensive reports
Experience and Skills Required
* Relevant technical degree or HND in surveying preferred; related qualifications or equivalent experience considered
* Proficient in using survey equipment such as Leica Total Stations, Leica P40, Leica RTC360, Leica BLK2GO, NavVis VLX, or similar
* Experience with N4cE software or equivalent essential
* Strong skills in AutoCAD required
* Experience with Revit is desirable but not essential
* Full clean driving license required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
