This role involves managing orders, coordinating with engineers, customers, and sub-contractors, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring adherence to established processes. Tasks:- * Accepting orders from clients and inputting them into the system. Generating and managing purchase orders. * Receipting goods for orders accurately. * Job Scheduling and Coordination: * Planning and scheduling service, repair, and installation jobs. * Coordinating with engineers and customers to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Booking in jobs and ensuring all necessary resources (engineers/subcontractor, vehicles and parts) are available. * Invoicing and Financial Administration: * Completing jobs on a timely matter to ensure daily invoicing.
