You'll help lead exciting, structured sessions that boost students' fitness, teamwork, confidence, and motivation. You may also support extracurricular sports clubs, team training sessions, and school fixtures. A key aspect of the role may involve supporting students who require additional encouragement or guidance to engage positively. You will help them stay focused, calm, and motivated-encouraging routines that support emotional regulation, confidence, and effective participation. Your role is essential in creating a safe, positive, and structured space where all students feel confident taking part and progressing at their own pace.
