TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. A setting that prides itself on staff providing the best opportunities and learning environment for their pupils, The classroom has such an inviting and warm environment, and the Learning Support Assistant will be a huge part in creating this for the children.
The school is looking to take on a passionate and adaptive Learning Support Assistant on a day-to-day basis, potentially for long term. Looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can work within a 1:1, the ideal candidate will be able to help children to develop their numeracy and maths. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensuring the successful Learning Support Assistant will be supported and developed from day one.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 welcomed)
2. Education support experience in the UK
3. Excellent classroom management
