The selected candidate will:
* Advise and assist with client and project demands.
* Guide and support in compliance with H&S regulations.
* Coordinate and implement H&S measures for all project phases.
* Complete necessary paperwork and communicate through appropriate channels.
* Develop strategies to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.
* Advise clients on project practicality concerning CDM regulations.
* Manage multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
* Collaborate with the wider H&S team for a cohesive approach.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
* Knowledge of construction legislation, CDM, and health and safety regulations.
* Health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Construction, TechIOSH).
* Membership with IMAPS.
