Are you an experienced Accounts Clerk looking for flexibility, variety, and a genuinely friendly workplace? A small, close-knit team who are looking for a warm, reliable and capable person to join on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.
About the Role:
You’ll be joining a hardworking team where your main responsibilities will include:
Credit control – chasing payments and maintaining great client relationships
Reconciling and balancing accounts
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Line 50
Supporting with general finance and office admin
Dealing with a high volume of transactions with care and accuracy
What You’ll Need:
Solid experience in an all-round accounts or finance role
Confident user of Sage Line 50
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
A positive, friendly attitude – someone who works well independently and, in a team,
Comfortable working at pace with large volumes
