A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bristol Area!
With no day ever being the same the Financial Controller role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:.
Manage and improve the overall financial performance of the company
Managing and analysing all financial data and accounting records for the site
Manage a team of finance individuals including an accounts assistant
Ensuring everything in compliant with the correct regulations
Achieving internal targets and developing plans to develop alongside the companies strategyKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
A qualification in a suitable accounting discipline
Experience working in a financial controller / management role
Engineering and/or manufacturing experience highly desirable but not necessary
Strong knowledge of accounting softwarePackage and Benefits:
