Whether you’re helping a Year 1 class settle into phonics or supporting a child with additional needs through the school day, your role makes a real difference. And we see that. What you’ll be doing: Helping young learners thrive—from Early Years right up to KS2. Supporting children with SEN (including behavioural and SEMH needs) to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Creating inclusive, safe, and positive learning spaces. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to give every child the best chance to shine. Getting hands-on with activities, from art to literacy, and tracking progress along the way. We’re looking for: People with backgrounds in Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, or Sports Science (but all relevant experience welcome!) School, youth work, or after-school club experience is a big plus. Kindness, patience, and top-tier communication skills. A team player ready to muck in and make a difference.
