Whether your background is purely new business or a blend of new logos and cross-selling into existing accounts, we want to hear from you — especially if you excel in working with Enterprise customers and delivering results at scale.
This hybrid role puts you in control of your diary, with the backing of a supportive team that values results over micromanagement. You’ll connect through monthly team meetings and customer visits, but how and when you work is up to you.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proven expertise in an enterprise-level sales environment, with a strong ability to identify, develop, and close large, complex new business opportunities within both existing and new public sector customers.
2. Deep understanding of the dynamics in the Public Sector in Scotland and/or Northern Ireland is highly desirable
3. Proven experience working with Contract skills (interpreting and writing) combined with strong negotiating skills and experience of closing £2m-£10m contract agreements.
4. Strong experience of working collaboratively across functional customer focused teams to manage complex bids.
5. Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on large business opportunities, with a knack for engaging partners at all levels.
6. Proven ability to accurately report sales forecasts using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
7. Previous telco or IT sales experience is a must!
