About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
* Strong experience in financial leadership and commercial reporting
* Comfortable operating in a hands‑on environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Detail-focused with strong analytical ability
* Previous experience managing and developing teams
* Experience within a regulated, investment, or professional services environment would be beneficial
