Employment Type & Salary

Permanent, full‑time. Salary: up to £36,000 base plus commission up to 30% OTE, depending on experience.

Role Overview

Out‑Of‑Home Business Development and Growth Manager – HORECA role. Permanent position reporting to the OOH Sales Manager covering the East Anglia Region. Drive sales growth, elevate customer experience, and enhance brand visibility in the OOH channel. 50% of the role focuses on new business and 50% on existing partners.


Key Responsibilities

* Tenacious acquisition: pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups.
* Maximise brand visibility: ensure brand shines brightly in the HORECA channel through strategic acquisition, impactful contracts and optimal machine placements.
* Cultivate relationships: forge and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to cross‑sell, upsell and boost overall sales and loyalty.
* Build pipeline: actively create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through cold‑calling, networking, emails, events and industry‑specific fairs.
* Engage and educate: conduct on‑site coffee tastings and training sessions to captivate prospects and enhance customer experience.


Success Factors

To thrive in this role you’ll bring: previous hospitality customer‑facing experience, selling premium products, strong customer service understanding, entrepreneurial mindset and a can‑do attitude.

* Deep understanding of hotels, restaurants and the hospitality landscape.
* Experience in a results‑oriented environment where hitting targets is second nature.
* Proven track record of success in new business development.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong business partnerships within a new and existing account base.
* Commitment to customer support and satisfaction through exceptional account management.
* Full driving licence.
* Autonomous, initiative‑driven and consultative selling skills.
