* Building landing pages directly inside HubSpot CMS
* Owning conversion rate optimization for a B2B SaaS company
* Selling into mid-market / enterprise with $50k–$500k annual deal sizes
* Driving measurable improvements in:
* Google Ads Quality Score
* Conversion rate (demo / qualified form fills)
* Cost per qualified opportunity
* Clearly articulating how your CRO work translated into pipeline and revenue, not just lift in CTR

Role Description
We are hiring a hands-on CRO Engineer to own website conversion performance end-to-end.
Your core metric:
Increase qualified demo requests from high-intent traffic.
You will be responsible for:
•Strategy
•Analysis
•Design
•Build
•Experimentation
•Iteration
You will build landing pages directly in HubSpot without requiring engineering support.
Qualifications and experience
* 3+ years of CRO experience in B2B SaaS
* Direct hands-on experience building pages inside HubSpot CMS
* Experience optimizing paid search landing pages (Google Ads)
Demonstrated improvements in:
* Landing page conversion rate
* Cost per demo
* Quality Score
* Pipeline generation
Strong understanding of:
* Enterprise buyer psychology
* Long sales cycles
* Multi-step demo funnels
* Ability to analyze funnel data (HubSpot, GA4, attribution tools)
* Comfortable running A/B tests and iterative experiments weekly
