Job Description
7. Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
8. Preparing statutory accounts.
9. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
10. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
11. Recording and filing cash transactions.
12. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
13. Invoice processing and filing.
14. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
15. Bank reconciliation.
16. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
17. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
The Successful Applicant
18. Desire to work within accounting and finance
19. Strong communication and inter-personal skills
20. Great attention to detail
21. Finance or Accounting degree (preferable)
