Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant in the NE27 Region. To work within the Independent Reviewing Team, Children's Social Care. To provide an administrative service including word processing, minute taking, diary management and organising of meetings, and data input. Main Duties / Responsibilities: Ability to minute and record with a high degree of accuracy Child Protection and Child in Care Reviews, with good presentation and minimum amendments. To liaise with internal and external agencies and teams in order to provide clear administration output. Ability to confidently use Video Conferencing Equipment to share information in meetings to internal and external agencies, parents/carers and young people. Assist with the development of Quality Assurance systems / processes to ensure that all meetings take place within timescale. Input and extraction of information from a computerised client information database, such as Liquid Logic and Excel. To take lead responsibility in all elements of the organisation of statutory meetings as directed. Ability to provide administration support to diary management. To contribute to the overall administrative service within the function as required. Shift Patterns:Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
