The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Product Manager – Post-Purchase Journey. This role will focus on building scalable systems and customer-centric processes across returns, refurbishment, resale, and disposal. Based in the UK, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver product solutions that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the competitiveness of the Joybuy platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the product vision and roadmap for after-sales and reverse logistics in Europe.
* Translate business and operational requirements into product features, workflows, and system enhancements.
* Partner with supply chain, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver seamless product adoption.
* Monitor customer behaviour, partner feedback, and performance metrics to drive product iteration and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to long-term product capability planning to support scalable cross-border e-commerce growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English;
* Previous experience in e-commerce operations or spare parts/after-sales management preferred.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to design policies, implement standards, and drive cross-team projects.
* Commercially minded, results-driven, with strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
