About this role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to create the world's greatest food community. You will lead a dynamic, field-based sales team, taking ownership of a specific region to drive strategic growth. This is a chance to make a significant impact on our business and our local restaurant partners.
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they reach their full potential and consistently exceed targets.
* Use data and local insights to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for your region, adding the best new restaurants to the platform.
* Collaborate with our Strategic Accounts team and other Regional Sales Managers to identify and onboard new regional brands and chains.
* Drive key business initiatives to grow order volume and bring new dining experiences to our customers.
* Serve as a key member of the Sales management team, helping to set short, medium, and long-term growth initiatives for the UK.
* Build and maintain commercial relationships with key owners and influencers within the local restaurant network.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to inspire your team and network with key accounts.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver ambitious targets.
* Experience in an e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environment is beneficial.
* A passion for food and the restaurant industry, with field experience being a bonus.
