Our client is a specialist façades contractor delivering high-quality external envelope packages across London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Facades Project Manager with façade experience to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of façade packages on complex projects, working within a technically driven environment.
The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of façade projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
You will act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams, driving performance and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing façade packages across all project stages
2. Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
4. Liaising with main contractors, consultants and stakeholders
5. Managing programme, risk and quality throughout delivery
6. Overseeing health & safety compliance on site
7. Supporting pre-construction activities where required
8. Ensuring design and technical information is coordinated effectively
Requirements
9. Proven experience as a Facades Project Manager within external works
10. Experience working for a principal contractor or interfacing closely with main contractors
11. NVQ Level 6 in Construction (or equivalent)
12. CSCS Black Card
13. Strong leadership and communication skills
14. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects successfully
Desirable:
15. Pre-construction experience
16. Temporary Works Coordinator certification
