The Opportunity
Our client are seeking to expand their Real Estate Disputes team where you will deal with a wide array of clients from Developers to Charities. You would be expected to handle a mixed caseload including matters such as possession and forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, adverse possession, option disputes, rights of way and protestor injunctions.

The Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years fee earning experience (preferred)
* Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
* Autonomously able to handle caseloads
* Ambitious, driven and passionate
* Efficient, reliable and flexible
